My first month as an Intern
Hello everyone, this post is not about a topic in specific or giving you advices/tips about anything. Is just about my experience and knowledges I got this month in Encora. Just to introduce you quickly, Encora is a Software development company in Mexico where I’m doing my internship.

In any place you go and more at the company that you are part of, is important to develop your soft skills to be able to do more than just working and have a personal grow. If you know how to sell your technical skills you are one step ahead of everyone else.
I watched some videos about the quantum universe and to be honest is kind of hard to explain but you can go and take a look to my other post where I talk a little about it. I also started getting some really basic knowledges about prototyping which result very interesting for me, how can you validate through studies if your project is worth the investment.
Learning tips about how to learn and actually implementing them made my month much easier than I was expecting. One of my biggest weaknesses is overworking myself but I learned a new technique that helps me tremendously. This technique is called Pomodoro so that means working without any distractions for 25 minutes and taking a break for 5–10 minutes. It is a course online I took in Coursera and I highly recommend you to take it if you're interest on it.

I realized that working as a community really make a difference, I found myself in a safe space where I could do any kind of questions and I wouldn't be judge. The same people of the company (The community) made a workshop about Git and I got more knowledges about it because I didn’t really know how to used it and that’s one main reason why being part of a community is important in the work space as well.
It’s simply an amazing experience the one that I’m having here and to be able to use them for my personal growth.
